American General Tool Group (AGTG) Vista, CA, a leading manufacturer and distributor of quality tools, parts and accessories, is proud to announce it has signed an agreement to acquire Thrifty Supply Company (TSC) of Sacremenato, CA, a well known company selling Plumbing & Sprinkler fittings, parts and accessories to the hardware stores and plumbing supply houses for over 65 years.

Through the ensuing transition, AGTG will work with all TSC customers to meet their needs as usual; with shipping, accounting and, ordering as usual from Sacremento, CA, while Gary Podany of Thrifty Supply Company will continue to work as GM of TSC.
