– Award Recognizes Tyler Wilson as a Health Care Professional Making a Difference –

American Sentinel University and Colorado Hospital Association named Tyler Wilson, Clinical Support Specialist, with SCL Health West Pines, as a Colorado Health Care Star Award winner. This award recognizes Wilson as an exceptional health care professional.
Colorado Health Care Stars is a statewide health care professional award recognition program sponsored by American Sentinel University and Colorado Hospital Association. The program was launched in February 2015 to acknowledge industry professionals in Colorado who exceed expectations in the delivery of health care.
“Wilson’s primary role at West Pines is to organize and support the Assessment and Referral Team, however his reach extends far beyond that,” said Glenn Most, Executive Director, SCL Health – West Pines. “He sought out phlebotomy training to be able to assist us in creating a more streamlined process for direct admissions. He is organized and assists in maintaining equity for the physician caseloads daily. He assists other departments by responding to security alerts, transporting patients, and participating in work groups for process improvement.”
“Tyler is cheerful and helps to create a positive and healthy work environment,” said Most. “He provides professional and courteous information exchange with referral sources and an interdisciplinary team. His dedication for the past fourteen years has been stellar.”
