eCommerce Data Solutions Provider Analytic Index Finds that Barbecue, Camping and Recreational Items Rank Among Amazon’s Highest Searched Items

The data was based on Analytic Index’s review of Amazon.com search and purchase data over the last 30 days.

According to the findings, the most popular items this year include camping, golf, and barbecue equipment, suggesting that families are ready to put the pandemic behind them and return to more traditional outdoor gatherings and pursuits. The data also found that electronics—especially Smart Watches and wireless earbuds—remain popular gift ideas. Analytic Index also found that searches for 2020’s more popular gifts, such as tools and home repair materials, lagged this year.
