Announcing the 4th Annual Arizona Cord Blood Conference: “On the Horizon” – Medical Conference

Register now for the 4^th Annual Arizona Cord Blood Conference: “On the Horizon” on April 4^th, 2019 (free event, open to the public).  This one-day conference focuses exclusively on cord blood stem cells and features numerous world-renowned researchers and transplant physicians. The conference brings patients, researchers, clinicians, and policy makers together to learn about advances in cord blood transplant outcomes, cutting edge research, and exciting new innovations.  The conference reinforces the growing network supporting the Arizona Public Cord Blood Program.

This conference is highly recommended for healthcare professionals (CME / CNE credit will be available).

• Dr. James Maher, (cancer survivor and umbilical cord blood recipient) A licensed psychologist and professor at the University of Detroit Mercy and more than 18 years after his stem cell transplant, cancer-free and doing well, working full-time.
• Kristin Kleinhofer, (cancer survivor and umbilical cord blood recipient) Among the 93% of patients that participated in a clinical trial, through Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center, and reached remission and is currently living a cancer-free life.
