From his young age, Kris enjoyed assisting his brother on his sales and service calls. “He would teach me the ropes and allowed me to perform hands-on tasks with close supervision,” Kris says, reminiscing his past.

He understands that, in business, things will not always go the way we want. So, we always have to be honest and open with the customers. “When a job runs smoothly, and everything falls into place exactly as planned, you expect your customer to give you rave reviews. However, what happens when from day one, every aspect of the sale was a struggle, and you are late getting there, and the door is on the backlog for six weeks, and you run into problems during the install delaying the job even longer. But after it is all said and done, your customer still gives you a 5-star rating. To pull that off takes constant communication, listening, empathy, and honesty. Those types of situations, I definitely am proud of,” he explains.

Kris is aware of how the pandemic has affected the economy. So, this year, he plans to promote financing options. “The economy was hit hard last year with Covid, the election, and other major events.  With that being said, families have suffered financially because of these events. So, I am going to promote financing as an option for those who are going through difficult times,” he says.
