Author And Motivational Speaker Carenda Deonne Launches Signature Corporate Workshop, Finding Joy

Author and motivational speaker Carenda Deonne is announcing the launch of her signature corporate workshop, “Finding Joy.” The initiative is for companies that want to encourage their employees to find joy in both good and challenging professional and personal circumstances.
“Finding Joy” provides an opportunity for employers to acknowledge that COVID has absolutely impacted the way business is done, however a focus on the positive can still remain constant.
“Finding joy is not always easy,” Carenda says, “which is why it’s imperative that employers take the time to pour back into their staff, particularly when they feel overwhelmed, overworked, and overlooked.”
Carenda has already piloted the workshop. “At the end of this presentation, everyone is up on their feet dancing and getting their joy back,” she says.
Carenda’s motivational speaking engagements center on empowering women, not to make lemonade when life gives them lemons, but instead TAKE AIM. “I am challenging women to change their thought process, take risks, and deliver a new you,” she says, “because I want them to know they have enough faith, forgiveness, and fortitude to throw those lemons back.”

Carenda holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing from the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York, NY; and a Master’s degree in Law from Regent University in Virginia Beach, VA.
