Video Series Details the Complete Renovation of an 1881 Williamsburg, Brooklyn Townhouse as Homeowners Build the Urban Family Home of Their Dreams

Greenwich, CT (PRUnderground) April 14th, 2021

Smart Healthy Green Living (SHG Living), the leading home, garden, and DIY streaming service, announced today the launch of Back to the Studs, a new series that follows the complete renovation of a 19th century Williamsburg, Brooklyn townhouse. The series, hosted by married couple, television producer Brad Hurtado and Broadway actor Sean Martin Hingston, launches today on SHG Living’s streaming service.

Back to the Studs does just that. It details the transformation of an old Brooklyn, NY home that was broken into rental apartments back to a single-family residence with a separate income-producing apartment. The series takes you along on the journey, start to finish, as the homeowners oversee the complete demolition and re-imagining of their historic NYC property.

Viewers might recognize the owners, who played “David and David”, friends of character Samantha Jones, on the popular HBO series Sex and the City. They have since gotten married, started a family, and saved up for their dream project.  They began posting videos of their renovation on TikTok, where they quickly acquired 1.2 million likes.

Starting today, viewers will have access to the first 5 segments of the series on SHG Living.

SHG Living is the foremost home, garden, and lifestyle streaming service. It brings together popular, independent, home and garden lifestyle personalities, in one convenient spot.
