This is what inspired me to become an expert in this specific area of car making/repairing,” he says.

Everyone in their team has excellent communication and customer service skills. “We know that not everyone who comes in with an issue will know exactly what to ask for or how to ask for the information. This is why we emphasize on educating our customers about their options and making the car paint/repair process as easy as we can for them. And in Bakersfield, many collision and auto body shops tend to avoid doing complete paint jobs for customers. But Muhammed and his team do not turn complete jobs away. “At Maaco, we try to have your vehicle match in color. If that means painting or blending extra panels, we get it done,” he says.

They always try to work around our customer’s financial needs and promote sales when available. But if they are not available, they agree on reasonable prices.
