Great Performances Thanksgiving Meal: ($249.00, Serves 4) Includes brown sugar spice-brined and roasted turkey, featuring carved breast meat, a seasoned thigh roulade, and one whole braised drumstick. Sides include a traditional turkey gravy, citrus cranberry compote, brioche and turkey sausage stuffing, Yukon gold and celery root mash, glazed herbed carrots, a squash, beet, and pear salad. For dessert, pumpkin chiffon pie. All three side dishes are vegetarian or vegan, and gluten-free.

Relish Catering Turkey Dinner Meal ($200 to serve 4 or $365 to serve 8) An eight dish, two to three course (depending on how you choose to serve it) traditional Thanksgiving dinner with an all-natural, herbed turkey, flaky buttermilk biscuits, spiced cranberry sauce, a local greens salad tossed with poached pears, pecans, and cauliflower, preserved lemon Brussels sprouts, garnet yams laced with bourbon and sage, potato bread stuffing, and a sugar pumpkin-based pumpkin pie. Several items on this menu are gluten-free, vegetarian, and dairy-free. Available in two different sizes.
