BOSS Australia Offers Part-Time Outsource Accounting Staff With All the Full-Time Perks

Business-owners can hire virtual accountants for anything from one to five days a week. The overseas team member(s) integrate into the business’ workflow, and business owners can converse with their virtual accountant with Skype.

To help businesses that are new to outsource accounting, BOSS offers six months of free quality-control reviews on the work done on behalf of the client. This period both reduces the cost for the business and helps them get their virtual accountant up and running on their preferred workflow system.

During this initial period files are usually turned around in two to three weeks. Once the workflow is firmly established, the turnaround is reduced to just 24 hours. Clients are always able to check the progress on their files via BOSS’ Work Flow Max program, a cloud-based application.

All of BOSS’ outsource accounting team members are given a one-month induction process, followed with a six-month period of on-the-job training. After that, they attend monthly tax-training sessions.
