Centenal Tax Group Debuts with Acquisition of Six Firms

Centenal Tax Group announced its debut with the acquisition of six bookkeeping and tax preparation firms throughout California. The new tax firm acquired the practices to expand services to customers and help them with their personal and business financial needs. Centenal has plans for more growth with several prospects throughout California in the pipeline.

With the debut of Centenal, Zachary VandeKamp, Esq., EA, USTCP, has been named CEO. He was formerly with TaxResources from 2004 to 2018, serving most recently as its chief legal officer and prior to that as director of audits. VandeKamp completed his juris doctorate at Whittier Law School and his undergraduate at DeVry University and the University of Southern California.

Centenal has 12 staff members and completed over 1,800 tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, fiduciaries, and exempt organizations in its first tax season.
