Cosmetic Center by VIVA celebrated the opening of their state-of-the-art facility on October 10th with a ribbon cutting ceremony at 10401 Spotsylvania Avenue, Suite 207, in Fredericksburg. Cosmetic Center by VIVA saw their first patients in August 2018.
