Las Vegas, NV (PRUnderground) October 9th, 2025
This year’s IMEX America 2025 marks the second consecutive year that the China National Tourist Office (CNTO) in Los Angeles takes part in the world’s leading meetings and events trade show, reaffirming China’s position as one of the world’s most dynamic MICE destinations. The China booth at this year’s event expands to 1,000 square feet, nearly doubling the size of last year’s presence, underscoring China’s commitment to showcase its diverse destinations and world-class event infrastructure.
Joining the booth are leading tourism departments and MICE service providers from Beijing, Shaanxi, Chongqing, Sichuan, and Xizang. Together they present China’s diverse regional strengths, advanced infrastructure and unique offerings, demonstrating China’s unmatched ability to host events of any scale—from global summits to incentive travel experiences.
“China is committed to advancing its role as a world-class meetings and events partner,” Dawei Wu, director of CNTO in Los Angeles said. “By engaging with global buyers and showcasing the diversity of our regions, we invite the international community to discover China as an innovative, sustainable and inspiring destination for MICE activities.”
Through its presence at IMEX America 2025, CNTO (Los Angeles) reaffirms its mission to disseminate knowledge about China’s MICE advantages and broaden the country’s appeal to global event organizers. By curating authentic experiences at the China booth—including the daily “Touch of China” cultural showcase (12:00–1:00 pm) and the “Cheers from China” Happy Hour (October 7, 4:30–5:30 pm)—CNTO aims to highlight the creativity, hospitality, and inclusiveness that define China’s unique proposition as a MICE destination.
A rising MICE powerhouse, China continues to broaden its appeal as a strategic MICE hub, blending modern, state-of-the-art infrastructure with cultural richness. With world-class convention centers, high-speed rail networks, international air connectivity and a tradition of warm hospitality, China offers global event organizers unmatched opportunities to create impactful gatherings.
As it continues to invest in innovative solution and sustainable tourism, China’s presence at IMEX America signals a clear message: China is ready to welcome the world—Nihao China
