CIVL Wins “Best New Mobile App” Award

Free app helps people and organizations connect without social media noise

A productivity-boosting networking app called CIVL has some new hardware in its trophy case.
The app received a Gold Award for “Best New Mobile App” in last month’s Best Mobile App Awards. CIVL was judged by a panel of expert designers, developers and publishers, and went through rigorous testing before receiving its Gold award.
CIVL allows users to find organizations in their areas via maps or lists, request access to them, and then follow the groups’ media, news, events, and other information. Organizations on the app are classified into the following sectors: not-for-profit, political, professional, academic, social, religious and sports.
“We feel like CIVL is a revolutionary concept for organizations, and we’re very proud that the Best Mobile App Awards judges see it that way, too” says CIVL founder Brad Rubin. “CIVL allows organizations to build their fan bases and share their stories with them in real time, without worrying about creating a dozen different social media profiles and tweak their message to fit various social media platform requirements.”
CIVL is free to download and use for organizations of less than 50 members. Once organizations hit that threshold, they can choose plans that charge them a monthly fee for larger membership pools, as well as other premium features, such as petition creation. CIVL also uses AI and machine learning to analyze the emotions in the content posted by users to create a better understanding between organizations and their members.
