Coldwell Banker Commercial Saunders Real Estate Founder and Broker Named Highest-Producing Agent in Country for Land Sales

Dean Saunders, ALC, CCIM, founder and broker of Coldwell Banker Commercial Saunders Real Estate (CBCSRE) received the Realtors® Land Institute (RLI) APEX Awards Program’s most coveted and prestigious award, the APEX 2018 Top National Producer Award. This award recognizes the highest-producing agent in the country for land sales based on qualifying production volume.

Other awards Saunders received included:

• 2018 APEX Broker of The Year in the Ag Land Sales – Ranches
• APEX 2018 Largest ALC-to-ALC Transaction Award
• APEX 2018 Top 20 Producer by the Realtors® Land Institute

He received the awards from RLI CEO Aubrie Kobernus, MBA, RCE, as well as The Land Report’s Co-founders Eddie Lee Rider Jr. and Eric O’Keefe at a special awards ceremony on Tuesday, March 5, during RLI’s 2019 National Land Conference (NLC19) in Albuquerque, NM.

The APEX Awards Program administrators reviewed 2018 sales by RLI-affiliated land agents totaling more than $2.3 billion in qualifying transaction volume. Saunders earned the honors based on transactions totaling nearly $210 million in 2018.

He was also recently awarded Coldwell Banker Commercial (CBC) Number One Sales Professional in North America, Number One CBC Sales Professional by Specialty in the Land and Sales categories and CBC Circle of Distinction: Platinum.
