The 1-day version of the popular sales dialogue course is now available to be delivered virtually through Zoom™ for corporate clients.

To meet the demands for a changing workforce and sales environment, Communispond is excited to announce the release of the virtual version of its one-day Socratic Selling Skills® program.

“When the workforce suddenly shifted to a work from home environment, we quickly realized that sales professionals, many of whom were used to meeting with clients in person, needed to rely on their sales dialogue skills now more than ever. With most offices temporarily closed, being able to offer our courses online or on-site, is critical to meet the needs of our clients,” said Scott D’Amico, VP of Global Sales for Communispond.

The Socratic Selling Skills Anywhere program teaches participants to use specific dialogue skills at every critical point of the sales process. These dialogue skills give participants the confidence to bring any sales situation to a successful conclusion. This one-day program, which will be delivered through Zoom™, is highly engaging and provides participants numerous opportunities through to practice the skills.

According to Communispond’s Vice President of Products and Services, Caryl Bahner-Guhin, developing virtual programs is not as simple as moving the classroom version online. “As we transitioned our traditional co-located instructor-led programs to a virtual instructor-led environment, we focused on group interactivity, using polls, breakout rooms, white boards and chat to enhance engagement. We also built in more frequent breaks. Using this approach has enabled us to adapt the content from our co-located classes to a positive and engaging virtual experience for the participants.”
