The REALTORS® Land Institute (RLI) recently announced the election of David Hitchcock, ALC, CCIM, an associate broker of Coldwell Banker Commercial Saunders Real Estate (CBCSRE), to serve on their National Board of Directors. David was elected from among seven candidates running for an At-Large Director position.
The REALTORS® Land Institute is a national membership organization for the land real estate profession. Members of RLI specialize in land brokerage of all types of land including farms, ranches, recreational, timberland, vineyards, orchards, undeveloped tracts of land, transitional and development land. The organization provides expertise, resources and networking support for real estate professionals in the land industry.
In this position, David will serve on RLI’s Board of Directors for a two-year term. David is a forty-year veteran of the Florida agribusiness industry with an extensive background in citrus and agricultural businesses. Previous to his career in commercial real estate as a specialist in agricultural land and development properties, David’s management positions include Bob Paul Citrus, Alcoma Packing, Haines City CGA and Helena Chemical.
