Easyknock Partners with LendingTree to Connect Consumers in Need of Equity Release

Partnership to yield alternate equity release solutions

EasyKnock, the first institutionalized residential sale-leaseback company in the U.S., today announced a partnership with LendingTree®, the nation’s leading online loan marketplace, to provide an alternate equity release solution to consumers. EasyKnock is an option for homeowners who do not qualify for traditional home financing products such as home equity lines of credit (HELOCs) or cash-out refinances to pay off debt or finance other big purchases.
