Andrew Roby is honored to be speaking at Engage! Luxury Event and Wedding Planning Conference. It is a three-day event taking place Dec. 13-16 in the Bahamas with distinguished event planners from around the world. Roby will be speaking on authentic leadership.

Roby will be pulling from his own experience as the head of Andrew Roby Events to delve into how to be an authentic, self-aware and genuine leader in the workplace. In Roby’s 13 years of event planning experience, he has built a strong reputation for leading with heart and passion and focusing on long-term results, two important elements of authentic leadership.
At the core of his D.C-based black-owned event planning company is a commitment to being an “event storyteller.” He works closely with his clients to tell their unique and intimate stories through the execution of their event, instead of following a “one-size-fits-all” formula.
In addition to running Andrew Roby Events, Roby is also the founder of the National Events Council, working to provide equality within the events industry.
