Family Orbit Celebrates Being Certified by the kidSAFE Seal Program, an FTC-approved “COPPA Safe-Harbor” Program

Taking smart preventive measures to protect your children online is a responsibility no parent or guardian should take lightly.  Answering the call as a dependable resource to help in this area is Family Orbit, an app that allows parents to monitor and restrict how their children use their phones, helping keep them safe in a modern digital ecosystem.  The Family Orbit app recently received certification through the kidSAFE Seal Program, confirming that the app meets the requirements of the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (“COPPA”).

According to Family Orbit, the parental control and monitoring app, hand the keys to the lock of what their children can do with their phone both online and off. This includes monitoring and supervision of phone calls, photos, texts, GPS location, what websites they can or cannot visit and much more.  Their child can also connect with their family through chat and check-ins, as needed or agreed upon.
