With close to 25 years of professional experience as a successful CEO and Entrepreneur, Robert has certainly proven himself as an extraordinary professional and expert in many fields. He is a dynamic, results-driven leader, who has demonstrated success in every role he has ever served. Currently, Robert is the CEO of MPowering Benefits, LLC.
Robert’s impressive repertoire of past roles includes his role in healthcare technology, he became the top producer in 2004 with $25 million in Total Contract Value with Ingenix, a United Healthcare subsidiary. Robert’s next role, as Chief Sales Officer for a healthcare start-up, he led the company from $600,000 in revenue to a successful close on a sale of the company with a $35 million dollar valuation. Moreover, his next role was building the sales for a company with $6 million in revenue to more than $80 million in revenue from 2008-2013. In an interesting role as President of the healthcare division where he designed, built and deployed a healthcare exchange product he sourced and successfully closed on an exclusive license of the product for $90 million dollars, Robert loves challenges that most would not tackle.

Throughout his illustrious career, Robert has received awards, accolades and has been recognized as an active member of his community for his outstanding leadership and commitment to the profession. Robert will receive his recognition as Top CEO of the Year at IAOTP’s 2021 Annual Awards Gala being held at the magnificent Plaza Hotel in New York City this December.

His other affiliations and achievements include his seat on the Board of Directors for the Social Shepard Foundation, Robert is also a Director for the Board of Directors for the Kettering Executive Network and he has supported the Shriners Hospitals for Children through the golf tournament held each year at TPC Summerlin.
Looking back, Robert attributes his success to his perseverance, his unique experiences and remaining passionate in all of his business endeavors. When not working he enjoys spending time with his family and friends and traveling.
