CCIM Institute, one of the largest commercial real estate networks in the world with chapters in more than 30 global markets, announced its 2020 board of directors at the organization’s global conference in San Diego on Oct. 11-16. CCIM Institute confers the Certified Commercial Investment Member designation, commercial real estate’s global standard for professional achievement.
Gary M. Ralston, CCIM, Managing Director and Owner at SVN Saunders Ralston Dantzler Real Estate in Lakeland, FL will serve another term as a member of the Board of Directors of the CCIM Institute. Ralston is also a senior instructor for the CCIM education program.

Ralston earned his CCIM designation in 1981 and has served as a CCIM Instructor since 1985. He has held many leadership positions within the Florida CCIM Chapter and is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Florida CCIM Chapter.
In addition to the prestigious CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) professional designation, Ralston also holds the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), Specialist in Real Estate Securities (SRS), Certified Property Manager (CPM), Counselor of Real Estate (CRE), Certified Leasing Specialist (CLS), Certified Development, Design and Construction Professional (CDP), Certified Retail Property Executive (CRX), Certified Retail Real Estate Professional (CRRP) and Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors professional designations.
Ralston is recognized as the most accredited commercial real estate practicing professional in the nation.
