California-based dispensary Green Kong has announced the launch of its new loyalty program. The company’s offer allows customers to access exclusive VIP perks after they reach a certain spending bracket on Green Kong products.

Green Kong is a hot spot for cannabis connoisseurs in California with the goal of maintaining a friendly, fun atmosphere that encourages consumers to relax and enjoy the experience of shopping in-store. Available details about the company’s new loyalty program include:

The VIP loyalty program is available to customers with a lifetime spend of $50 or more at Green Kong. The benefits vary depending on which tier of the loyalty program consumers qualify for. Tiers include Silver VIP, Gold VIP, Platinum VIP, and Diamond VIP.

All tiers of the VIP loyalty program give customers access to birthday deals, invitations to Top Shelf Band Drops, and priority response times when seeking customer service assistance. The program also lets customers accumulate loyalty points for monthly deals and discounts. Members get access to a personal concierge service via SMS messaging, Facebook Messenger App, or telephone, depending on their preference.

The most basic tier of the loyalty program, Silver VIP, is for customers with a lifetime spend of between $50-$99. Those spending over $1,000 in their lifetime are in the Diamond VIP tier. Members in Gold, Platinum, and Diamond loyalty program tiers benefit from $5, $10 and $15 off each purchase greater than $150, respectively.

Customers in the Gold and Diamond levels of the program can also make use of priority delivery for quicker turnaround times.
