Hans Kissle, a leading prepared foods manufacturer that operates out of Haverhill, MA, was excited to share new innovations, a new logo and new look at the 2019 National Association of Convenience Stores Show, NACS 2019, at the Georgia World Congress Center in Atlanta, GA from October 1-4, 2019. The prepared foods company has exhibited at this event for four years.
The NACS show brings together professionals from the convenience and fuel retailing industries for “four days of learning, buying and selling, networking and fun”. The event is attended by over 23,000 industry professionals, representing over 1,200 companies. There are 6 different segments of the 400,000 square foot exhibition – Fuel Equipment & Services, Food Equipment & Foodservice Programs, Candy/Snacks, Facility Development & Store Operations, Merchandise and Technology.
Hans Kissle exhibited within the Foodservice exhibit hall in a booth double the size as the year before. On top of sampling delicious New England-style lobster rolls on toasted split top buns, Hans Kissle also brought some great food for thought to the show: 12oz ready-to-eat entrée bowls, 3oz convenience cup salads with new flavors to try, ready-to-heat quiche & chicken pot pie, as well as a traditional range of deli salads. Displays also included a merchandising ideas case, featuring different ways to showcase salads in store, like green salad pairings, sandwich bread pairings, meal prep options and chip & dip ideas.
Another exciting opportunity for Hans Kissle was to showcase the company’s new branding – a new logo and website debuted in January 2019, and NACS 2019 was a great opportunity to share how this rebranding would look on Hans Kissle branded products; new label creative featuring the new look is rolling out on Hans Kissle branded labels starting in January 2020. Not to worry, Hans Kissle has not sacrificed any taste or quality with this change, and is still dedicated to cooking up delicious foods with an uncompromising commitment to quality and service on a national level.
