Each member brings valuable leadership and a wealth of experience during a period of rapid growth.

Ariel Orbach: Chief Technology Officer 

Ariel Orbach is a technology leader with more than 15 years of experience building companies in FinTech, e-commerce and healthcare for millions of customers across the globe. Bridging the gap between technology and business development, Orbach has led his teams to tremendous success. His accomplishments include increasing daily user engagement by 500% at the healthcare startup, Sleeprate, and increasing revenue from $500/day to $3M/day at the e-commerce startup, Resident. Orbach earned his Bachelor of Science in software engineering from the Jerusalem College of Engineering.

Iris Shefer: Chief Science Officer 

Iris Shefer has extensive experience forming and leading teams, departments and projects in the areas of pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, food supplements and nutrition. Shefer has worked with companies from start-ups to well-established international corporations. Throughout her 25-year career, Shefer has consistently strived to improve medical treatment and quality of life for patients and their families.

She was deeply involved in planning and performing clinical trials that brought the following medications and supplements to market: AZILECT®, COPAXONE®, ZAVESCA®, TRACLEER®, VENTAVIS®, Cardiomato™, Lycofem™, Lycoderm™ and Lycoinvission™

Shefer holds a Master of Science in medical science from the Technion, Israel Institute of Technology.

Inbal Cohen: Chief Operating Officer

Inbal Cohen is the Chief Operating Officer of IMNA Solutions. She has extensive experience in managerial positions in the U.S., Central America and Israel. Throughout her career, Cohen has acted as the head of a legal department, a director of international affairs, an associate general counsel and as a chief executive officer. She is characterized by her legal analytical insight, along with a practical business orientation, negotiation capabilities and risk assessment management. Cohen holds a Bachelor of Law degree from the College of Management, Rishon – Letzion.

Revital Salant: Chief Marketing Officer 

Revital Salant is the Chief Marketing Officer of IMNA Solutions. She brings extensive experience in management, marketing, sales and business development in the healthcare industry. Her accomplishments include increasing the total division annual turnover she managed successfully from $8M to $15M within four years. She holds a Master of Business Administration from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, a Master’s degree in Occupational Health from Tel Aviv University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Tel Aviv University.
