“House Of The Dragon” Parody Pegs #Medieval #MeToo #Patriarchy For Future Payback

The first half of Dailey Pike’s www.HouseOfTheDragon.Movie  parody takes place in the year 1000 A.D. when men were men, and related female mothers, sisters, aunts, grandmothers, cousins were nervous. CUT TO: The second half, which changes scene from 1000 A.D. to 2022.

Filmmaker Pike explains, “Act One, in story structure terms, up to the middle of Act Two, takes place in 1000 A.D. It is the Medieval world of House Tanqueray. Patriarchal incest abounds throughout the land except upon the child Elfina, the one cousin who fought a teen Annoyen Tanqueray’s incestuous advances and fled into the woods. There she was taken in and raised by a male tribe of giant Elves. Elfina grew to womanhood and leading her Army of Elves, began to battle House Tanqueray to free the women under Annoyen’s rule. After years of war, Elfina and her Army of Elves had virtually defeated House Tanqueray when Annoyen feigns surrender.”

He continues, “The critical scene in the middle of Act Two leading into Act Three is Annoyen’s meeting with Elfina and his attempted rape. She not only brutally defends herself against the attempted assault by her cousin but flees with his Crown Jewels having severed them from Annoyen with a dull sword. The dull sword is my added touch. I let him off easy, it could have been rusty too. Elfina flies off on a Dragon only to encounter a thunderstorm, then a time warp that takes both her and the Dragon into the 21^st century where she finds patriarchy still exists, and House Tanqueray is alive and well. Now known as Tanqueray House, Annoyen’s descendants are still exploiting women, running a nationwide chain of House Of The Dragon strip clubs. Elfina is hired as a dancer and we are off.”

Pike concludes, “How is that for a turning point in the plot? Here is a spoiler alert, the subtitle of this release and the castration of Annoyen foreshadow the second half of the film. It does not look good for his offspring. The arc of the universe is long, but it bends toward matriarchy. Men being in charge have messed things up enough.”
