HP 3D Printing to Headline Additive Manufacturing Workshop for Plastics

Industry event highlights 3D printing for moldmaking and injection molding

Additive Manufacturing Media today announced that leading, global equipment manufacturer, HP 3D Printing, will headline this year’s Additive Manufacturing Workshop for Plastics (AMWP) taking place Thursday, June 13th at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Rosemont, IL.
Led by Automotive Strategy and Production Development Manager, David Tucker, HP 3D Printing’s “How Does 3D Printing Complement Injection Molding” technical presentation will examine specific use cases for additive manufacturing and injection molding while addressing solutions for design strategies, cycle times and cost reduction.
This featured presentation is part of the Additive Manufacturing Workshop for Plastics, which debuted at NPE2018: The Plastics Show. Focused solely on reporting the current and future impact of 3D printing on mold manufacturing and injection molding, this year’s workshop will be held at the annual Amerimold Expo, the leading industry event for the plastic injection mold making business.
Complementing their workshop presentation, HP 3D Printing will also host an Amerimold In-Booth Demonstration titled “A New Era of Functional Color 3D Prototyping and Production,” which includes a live demo of HP’s latest 3D printer, the HP Jet Fusion 500/300 series.
