IAOTP selects Bambi McCullough as Top Executive Coach and Speaker of the Year

Bambi McCullough, CEO, Executive Coach, and Professional Speaker was just recently selected as Top Executive Coach and Speaker of the Year for 2020 by the International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP) for her outstanding leadership and commitment to the industry.

While inclusion with the International Association of Top Professionals is an honor in itself, only a few members in each discipline are chosen for this distinction. These special honorees are distinguished based on their professional accomplishments, academic achievements, leadership abilities, longevity in the field, other affiliations, and contributions to their communities. With over 2 decades of professional experience in assisting businesses to achieve greater levels of performance and profit, Bambi has certainly proven herself as an accomplished professional and expert in many fields. As a dynamic, results-driven leader, Bambi has demonstrated success not only as CEO of Chrysalis Partners but shares her time with various volunteer efforts. Bambi offers Strategic Business Consulting, Executive Coaching, Leadership Development, Public Speaking, and Management Consulting services designed to give her clients the tools they need to eliminate roadblocks, experience powerful breakthroughs, and positively transform the overall performance of their business. Bambi consults using her own experience, with a prior career as a Leadership Executive at a large International financial firm, she uses her past knowledge to build better business practices for her clients’ futures. She has served as a board member for Theatre Under the Stars, and the Cy-Fair Educational Foundation. Bambi currently sits on the board for the Greater Houston Women’s Chamber of Commerce and is also part of the Executive Women’s Partnership. She belongs to both the National Speakers Association and Greater Houston Partnership – Executive Women’s Partnership Council.

Prior to her career in consulting, Bambi received her degree in Mathematics and Education from Sam Houston State University. Bambi holds several licenses and certifications aiding her in being the productive and competent business woman that she is, allowing her to use her skills and training to better accomplish goals for both herself and her clients. Throughout her illustrious career, Bambi has been recognized for outstanding leadership and commitment to her profession. She was named One of Houston’s Business Women to Watch in 2017 and the Greater Houston Women’s Chamber of Commerce Thought Leader of the Year in 2016. For 2021 she is being considered for a feature in TIP (Top Industry Professionals) Magazine and for the Empowered Woman of the Year Award.  For 2020 she was selected as Top Executive Coach and Professional Speaker of the Year by the International Association of Top Professionals (IAOTP) and will be honored at their annual awards gala at the Plaza Hotel in NYC.

Looking back, Bambi attributes her success to her perseverance, coaches, and mentors she has had along the way, and staying passionate in all her business endeavors. When not working, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her family. In the future, she will continue to make a difference in people’s lives any way she can.
