Ideal Property Group founder, Ooi Kee Liang has announced plans for the SJKC Heng Ee new school building’s incorporation of advance technology and digital learning.

The new campus of SJKC Heng Ee school located in the southwest district of Penang Island, will provide students with the opportunity to learn in classrooms using the latest advanced technology and multimedia learning systems. The Heng Ee Board of Directors strive to enhance the infrastructure of the school campus and bringing digital learning to the forefront.

Since 2015, SJKC Heng Ee had converted their traditional classrooms into smart-learning classes. The students showed notable enthusiasm for learning using the technology outside of the conventional methods such as blackboard teaching.
The new address of SJKC Heng Ee is nestled in the well-planned neighborhood of Ideal City, and will be adjacent to the SMJK Heng Ee Bayan Baru branch as well as the Straits International School, making it an ideal choice for residence in the Southwest District of Penang.
The new campus is expected to accommodate 1200 students and consists of an administrative block, an academic block with 42 classrooms, a canteen, a laboratory for Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM), and computer rooms. The campus will also incorporate green spaces throughout, to help students closely connect with nature.
Ooi Kee Liang founded Ideal Property Group in 2001. Since then, he has developed 25,000 residential and commercial units. Working primarily on Penang Island, his prolific developments and impact on the area garnered him the nickname, the Penang Condo King.
He is also Chairman of the Heng Ee Board of Directors and is highly motivated to meet the needs of local students. Ooi established Ideal Property Group in 2001 to enhance property development projects in Penang Island.
