Inclusive Alliance Announces Five New Members To Provider Network

Local Independent Practice Association welcomes Catholic Charities of Onondaga County, Helio Health,Liberty Resources, Madison County Rural Health Council, and Upstate Caring Partners as members

The Inclusive Alliance, an Independent Practice Association of health and human service nonprofit agencies serving eight counties across  Central New York, the Mohawk Valley, and beyond announced today the acceptance of five new members to their provider Network. Catholic Charities of Onondaga County, Liberty Resources, Helio Health, Madison County Rural Health Council, and Upstate Caring Partners are the latest non-profit organizations to join the growing network focused on community- based care coordination.

Through their membership, Catholic Charities of Onondaga County, Helio Health, Liberty Resources, Madison County Rural Health Council, and Upstate Caring Partners will join 28 other community-based organizations across Central New York and beyond that benefit from working collaboratively to support the needs of under-resourced community members and work toward health equity. The Inclusive Alliance helps organizations articulate the impact of the services they provide while adapting to the constantly changing health care landscape.

“Liberty Resources is pleased to join Inclusive Alliance’s regional network of health and human service agencies,” said Carl Coyle, CEO of Liberty Resources. “Our agency brings over four decades of experience integrating behavioral health care, medical care, and social services to meet the unique needs of our clients. Our wholehearted approach to care aligns with what Inclusive Alliance hopes to accomplish across its regional provider network, ensuring that everyone gets the services they need to live their happiest, healthiest lives.”

“The mission of Madison County Rural Health Council (MCRHC) is to advocate, inform and coordinate efforts to improve the health in our community,” said Christine Paul, Executive Director of the MCRHC. “With our mission in mind, we have expanded our evidence-based programs to include mental health first aid, doula services, Eat Healthy Be Active, and volunteer transportation. Our services strengthen Inclusive Alliance’s social care network, and Inclusive Alliance’s infrastructure will support and strengthen our programs, allowing our organization to continue to grow and meet the needs of our community.”
