Redesign schools Louisiana shall facilitate a public hearing on the proposed budgets on Thursday, July 30th, 2020 at 4:30pm, followed by the 5:30pm Regular Board meeting where the budgets will be proposed for adoption

Notice is hereby given that ReDesign Schools Louisiana, due to underlying health concerns of several members of the School Board, which could be negatively affected by COVID-19, the School Board will not be able to obtain a quorum of the members of the School Board and will otherwise be unable to operate due to quorum requirements;
The School Board, therefore, needs to implement the authorization located in ACT 302;
And pursuant to the authority contained in Act No. 302, the School Board’s President hereby certified on this 23rd day of July, 2020, that it is unable to obtain an in-person quorum due to the threat of COVID- 19, and that, therefore, its members may participate in such meeting via teleconference or video conference. For this, Redesign schools Louisiana shall facilitate a public hearing on the proposed budgets on Thursday, July 30th, 2020 at 4:30pm, followed by the 5:30pm Regular Board meeting where the budgets will be proposed for adoption
The Annual Budgets for Redesign Schools Louisiana: Dalton Elementary, Lanier Elementary and Glen Oaks Middle School were available for inspection effective Tuesday, July 16, 2019 at the following locations: 3605 Ontario Street, Baton Rouge, LA 70805, 5300 Monarch Blvd. Baton Rouge, LA 70811 and 4705 Lanier Ave. 70807 as well as the school’s website www.rsl.org.
Additionally, all efforts will to be made to provide for observation and input by members of the public. The meeting may be accessed by live stream and virtual comment portal. Information on submission of comments and attendance at the meeting is posted on the school website: www.rsl.org
