Dylan Carbone, Latin R&B artist, recently released his newest single, “Miénteme.” Dylan will be releasing several songs throughout the rest of the year.
“Miénteme” is a remake of Mario Winans’ early 2000’s R&B/soul hit, “I Don’t Wanna Know.” Dylan Carbone and J Romero hoped to bring some of the same sounds into his new single. “It was inspired by the longing to make a cool 90’s to early 2000’s R&B song, and mixing it into a dope Spanish reggaeton song,” says Dylan.
The reggaeton song, “Miénteme” mixes the smooth guitar sounds in classic reggae with modern pop and R&B sounds. The song tells a story of the betrayal and heartbreak you feel after finding out your significant other has been unfaithful. The single’s relatable story and fresh vibe make it easy for people of all languages to relate to.
