Hi there, my name’s Lauren and I’m a 22 year old freelance writer from London. I became fascinated by the world and the animals that live on it at a pretty young age, and so I signed up to a volunteer trip in July 2014. I flew to China where I spent two incredible weeks working with pandas at a wildlife rescue and rehabilitation centre. This trip started something in me, and I couldn’t wait to finish university so I could travel before starting a career. I created a blog where I would write about my experiences, and found it was nice to look back over it to remind myself of my travels.
