Lavior skincare products soothe and heal some of the most widespread and challenging skin problems

Miami, FL (PRUnderground) October 17th, 2022

Lavior is more than the only company exclusively dedicated to the therapeutic diabetes skin care market. The Miami-based company also strives to be a brand that drives social change with a mission to help communities in need.

That mission is being demonstrated with the donation of more than 200 wound products for people experiencing homelessness in South Florida, in partnership with Camillus Health Concern, Inc., the largest organization caring for the homeless in South Florida.

Speaking about Lavior CEO Gilad Savion, Camillus Health Concern’s CEO, Francis Afram-Gyening, said, “Gilad and Lavior’s passion to help the undeserved and marginalized and those experiencing homelessness in society is a model for other business leaders in our community. The partnership we have forged will benefit hundreds of people who otherwise would lack access to vital healthcare products.”

Many people experiencing homelessness often suffer from skin conditions, amputations and other illnesses. “We are honored that through our partnership with Camillus Health Concern we can help those without homes, with often debilitating medical conditions, and continue our mission to improve the lives of all members of our community,” Savion said.

Savion noted that, in addition to Lavior’s donations to causes, many of the company’s employees volunteer with non-profit organizations.

Lavior, Inc. has developed an FDA-approved, ADA-endorsed, medical device OTC wound/skin care product line based from molecular isolates extracted from novel species of medicinal plant(s) called AGS-RIED. The products are effective when standard alternative treatments have failed. This leads to higher patient satisfaction and decreased patient morbidity and mortality, and even contributes to limb-salvage by preventing amputations from occurring due to wound deterioration.
