Layton Implants Periodontist Serves Fourth Year with Utah Dental Association

Layton Implant's Dr. Reve Chaston, who specializes in dental implants and periodontics, celebrates his fourth year as a Utah Dental Association meeting delegate.

Dr. Reve Chaston, a periodontist from Layton Implants in Utah, specializes in dental implants, gingival recession, gingival cosmetics, bone loss, and periodontal disease. Dr. Chaston recently served as a delegate to the Utah Dental Association’s annual meeting, marking the fourth year he has contributed in this capacity.
Dr. Chaston provides dental implants in Utah at his offices in Layton and Bountiful. Dr. Chaston served as a delegate for the Francis Peak Dental Society at the UDA’s meeting in April at the Salt Palace Convention Center in Salt Lake City. The discussions focused on current legislative and regulatory issues. Dr. Chaston also attended the House of Delegates meeting and voted on key UDA leadership.
The Utah Dental Association provides resources and services to support local dentists and their practices while educating the general public and seeking ways to ensure greater access to oral care. The Utah Dental Association is the state-level arm of the American Dental Association and holds its annual meeting each spring.
The Utah Dental Association Convention is the premier dental organization in Utah, attracting thousands of dental professionals from across the state. The UDA Convention hosted a wide range of speakers as well as services related to the dental sector. “It was an honor to go to the conference and to raise awareness about periodontal care, replacing missing teeth, and other issues that I see on a regular basis in my practice,” said Dr. Chaston. “It’s important that people in Utah have access to the services they need and that specialists are supported in their efforts to provide the highest standard of care.”
Dr. Chaston is a leader in specialties such as bone grafting, sinus augmentation, soft tissue grafts, and cosmetic gum treatments. He is known for being an advocate of communication and trust-building in the doctor-patient relationship.
Dr. Chaston developed and is the current director of the Wasatch Dental Hygiene Forum. He is a 2003 graduate of the Indiana University School of Dentistry.
