New England lobster wholesaler LobsterAnywhere.com unveiled “Lobster University,” a new online course designed to educate lobster lovers on how to properly appreciate (and consume) their favorite crustaceans.

The online site allows lobster enthusiasts to learn the basics of lobster biology in “Lobster 101,” get grilled (or steamed or fried) on various lobster cooking techniques in the “Maine Lobster Cooking Guide,” and brush up on their lobster linguistics with the “Lobster and Seafood Glossary.” Did you know that lobster eggs are also called “berries?” You would have if you’d read the glossary!
