Litchfield Collective (LC) will open its doors on February 1, 2022. Located just over a half mile from the beach in beautiful Pawleys Island, SC, LC is filling a growing need for flexible office space for remote workers, freelancers, and entrepreneurs.
LC will boast around 10,000 sq/ft of creative drop-in coworking space, outdoor event space, and 22 private executive offices and conference rooms. Amenities will include high-speed internet, mail services, members-only training & seminars, events, networking, free marketing & advertising, and much more.
LC will offer daily, weekly, and monthly rates along with various memberships depending on each business’s needs.
In addition to offering office space, LC is dedicated to improving the livelihood of those in need and will be offering a variety of lifeskill programs designed to help individuals launch a business and get the skillsets needed to have a thriving future.
“We want to have a massive positive impact on Georgetown and Horry counties,” said Sean Michal, Co-Founder of Litchfield Collective. “We are excited to partner with remote workers, freelancers, and entrepreneurs who are equally passionate about serving those in need,” he added.
LC has plans to launch a variety of immersive experiences. By March of 2022, LC will launch its first of many virtual experiences with the opening of the Pawleys Island Gallery. Pawleys Island Gallery will feature local artisans’ work while allowing visitors to browse the gallery in interactive 360° from their smartphone, tablets computer, or even Oculus VR headset.
“Since COVID, many visitors and residents alike have been hesitant to visit public spaces and shops, and we understand that,” said Michael. “We’ve invested heavily into technology that will allow us to bring the experience to those people and offer the same capability such as browsing local artwork in an interactive 360° environment and even make purchases,” Michal added.
