Mechanics Hub: Service Manager Needed at Leading Heavy Equipment Company in Riverside, California

Mechanics Hub, North America’s largest speciality recruiter of diesel machinery specialists is currently accepting candidate submissions for the role of a service manager with a leading heavy equipment company in Riverside, California, for their new flagship store.

The Service Manager will be responsible for leading a large group of mechanics while improving overall team performance. Candidates are required to have previous management experience and have a minimum of five years expertise working in fast-paced, customer-focused equipment shops. Knowledge of various heavy equipment product lines, industry best practices, and safety standards is needed.

The position offers an annual salaried compensation between $100,000.00 to $110,000.00 per annum, commensurate on relevant experience and training, and a competitive bonus structure. Benefits will be included at the conclusion of a 90-day probationary period.

This is a day shift position working Monday to Friday; however, flexibility to work extra hours as needed is required.
