Mechanics Hub, North America’s largest speciality recruiter of diesel machinery specialists is currently accepting candidate submissions for the role of a service manager with a leading heavy equipment company in Riverside, California, for their new flagship store.

mhub-pr-logo.jpgThe Service Manager will be responsible for leading a large group of mechanics while improving overall team performance. Candidates are required to have previous management experience and have a minimum of five years expertise working in fast-paced, customer-focused equipment shops. Knowledge of various heavy equipment product lines, industry best practices, and safety standards is needed.

The position offers an annual salaried compensation between $100,000.00 to $110,000.00 per annum, commensurate on relevant experience and training, and a competitive bonus structure. Benefits will be included at the conclusion of a 90-day probationary period.

This is a day shift position working Monday to Friday; however, flexibility to work extra hours as needed is required.
