The power to overcome life’s challenges is something everyone has internally, if they learn how to tap into it. Of course, this is something that can be achieved much easier when guided by an experienced hand. By all accounts a remarkable figure with an eye-opening, motivating backstory in this area is Meli Hickman. Coming up from a very eventful past that helped forge the person she is today, Meli recently launched her own company delivering a powerful Motivational Speaking, High Performance Coaching and Executing Training. From living a happier and more fulfilled life, to being a superstar at work, Meli’s passionate, informed, and effective style of breaking down life lessons are helping more people every day as the demand for her work is skyrocketing.

When Meli says she has been through hell and back, it’s no exaggeration. Raised by an abusive mother and a father unfortunately absent much of the time, she ended up on a path of destruction – joining a gang, doing time in jail, pregnant at 17, married, divorced, and a drop-out. He family tragedy continued with her losing one brother to suicide, the other to jail, and then watching her mother take her mother die of cancer. Then Meli realized she created her own life and needed to stop making excuses if she wanted to see her life change. And it did, almost magically, once she started doing the right things at the right times. She emerged with true wisdom and experience of how to help others also pull themselves up to greater heights and that’s exactly what she’s offering through her new company.

The results have been inspiring.
