Merger Announced by Sunset Dental Technologies and Dental Technology Designs

Sunset Dental Technologies and Dental Technology Designs announced today the companies have entered into a definitive merger. The agreement was finalized on October 13, 2017. The new company will be named “Sunset Technologies” and will be headquartered in Wyoming, Minnesota, Sunset Dental’s current headquarters.

Sunset Dental Technologies, a recognized thought-leader in managed technology services for the dental industry, is one of the largest dental integrators in the nation.  Dental Technology Designs, a leading dental service provider in Wisconsin, excels as a full-service IT provider and consulting company for the dental community. This merger effectively makes Sunset Technologies the largest provider of dental technology services in the state of Wisconsin.
