New Holistic Wellness Program Moment Menopause Care Offers Women Support as They Navigate Challenges of Menopause

Moment Menopause launches early access to its program on June 21, offering appointments with doctors and guides specializing in menopause care and support.

For women navigating menopause, the challenges can be numerous as they learn to adjust to a variety of emotional and physical changes. A new holistic wellness program focused on supporting women as they traverse their unique menopause journeys is launching on June 21, offering women living in California appointments with health guides and doctors specializing in menopause care.
Moment Menopause Care will offer both in-office and telehealth appointments for women looking for support during their menopause journeys. The program’s guides and doctors are specially trained in menopause support and care to ensure that women receive the expert wellness and medical advice they deserve during a time of change.
Through its holistic program, Moment Menopause Care’s guides help clients manage program progress and expectations and offer advice on menopause nutrition and fitness, supplements, and sleep solutions. Once completing an appointment with their health guide, clients can schedule an appointment with one of Moment’s doctors. During the initial meeting, a doctor will review the client’s health background and relevant tests and create a plan to address hormones during menopause, which includes setting the client up on a regimen of bioidentical hormones to help them successfully navigate their menopause journey.
