Innovative Series Curates Popular Dishes from a Growing List of Baldor’s Restaurant Clients

Baldor Specialty Foods, one of the largest wholesale importers and distributors of fresh produce and specialty foods in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions, announced today the launch of a new Restaurant Series, which will make popular dishes from top restaurants available to home chefs through the company’s convenient home delivery service.

The Restaurant Series recreates signature dishes from a growing list of Baldor’s restaurant clients, from a delicious, Four-course meal featuring citrus-marinated chicken from the Michelin-starred Crown Shy to lobster roll kits from the West Village classic Jeffrey’s Grocery to iconic Texas brisket and sides from Hill Country Barbecue.

Each meal includes the same fresh, restaurant-quality ingredients used to make the originals, along with a simple-to-follow recipe and cooking tips.  The Series currently features New York City restaurants, with plans to expand to other great restaurants within the Baldor service area.
