New York Institute of Technology (New York Tech) has selected Akademos as its partner to provide a new full-service platform for course materials, as well as branded merchandise and apparel to its community of students, faculty, staff, and alumni. This student-focused move will streamline online ordering and offer superior customer service.

The Akademos platform’s advanced merchandise capabilities will let New York Tech generate brand awareness without the burden of managing physical inventory. A unique print-on-demand solution will give the university the ability to offer a deep catalog of apparel and other merchandise that can change easily based on seasonality, important events, or student interests. Additionally, the partnership provides New York Tech access to a world-class customer experience and dedicated account management team that will support every aspect of the new campus store strategy.
