Bistec Bar and Grill was brought into creation in 2011 by Monique Mark and Hoa Dong with Kingsbury Street Café. In 2018, Hoa Dong retired and Monique Mark reopened the restaurant as Bistec Bar and Grill with a group of Investors. The restaurant specializes in providing a unique Mexican dining experience that includes table-top grills for customers to cook their own meats if they choose to. Bistec Bar and Grill also provides brunch on the weekend and a full bar with specialty cocktails.
