Founded in 2022 by Cierra Gross, Caged Bird HR was created out of need. Understanding the biased structure of corporate HR, Caged Bird HR provides a safe space for experiences to be heard and validated while providing recommendations, language, and resources to empower employees to approach their HR department with confidence.
