In December 2018, Danny Rodriguez and Chef Flor Oropeza decided to merge their two culinary passions into the creation of PABLITO’S TACOS. Their tacos would have the hand made tortillas , mesquite grill and free guacamole for that Tijuana explosive flavor, along with the Peruvian touch. One stand in the parking lot of PABLITO’s kitchen and the rest is history. Named top 10 taco in LA by Eater LA, top 20 pastor in LA by LA TACO, top 5 taco in San Fernando valley by LA TACO, mentions by LA Times, Dine LA, Thrillist and others. In less than a year they expanded to 5 locations and have plans to start expanding into LA area and antelope valley.
