Nueta Hidatsa Sahnish College Partners with Akademos to Launch New Online Bookstore

Akademos announced today a new partnership with Nueta Hidatsa Sahnish College (NHSC), a public tribal community college that serves the Three Affiliated Tribes of the Fort Berthold Reservation headquarters at New Town and its surrounding neighbors. This partnership will give the college’s students access to a vast selection of low-cost textbooks through a personalized online ordering platform. The convenient, cost-effective, and efficient course materials will launch December 1st to support the spring 2021 semester.

The vast online selection includes new, used, eBook, and rental materials at significantly lower prices, with 24x7x365 accessibility and free shipping on new and used retail orders over $49. In addition to the added convenience and cost savings for course materials, NHSC students will be offered a new program that provides them a voucher to purchase a laptop through the bookstore. The voucher program offers a greater level of accessibility to all students no matter their location.
