Nuvi amalgamates eight enterprise customer experience management solutions through industry-leading innovation in social data gathering speed and analytical accuracy.

Nuvi has made massive strides in the innovation of their social customer experience management software solutions throughout 2020. Their software and effort have been recognized by several organizations such as SaaS 1000, Crozdesk, and MarTech’s 2020 Breakthrough Awards, to name a few.

The advancements in their technology began in 2019 when work began on their now industry-leading Natural Language Processing (NLP) engine, which was completed in January of 2020. The NLP is capable of ingesting over 500 mentions per second and recognizes 138 countries, 20 languages, and 20 language facets. At 80% data analysis accuracy, Nuvi’s AI is industry-leading.

 

Since the release of the NLP, Nuvi has improved their already astounding technology. Throughout 2020 analysis of several languages, including Japanese, Spanish, and Portuguese, have been improved. They’ve also worked to make the engine versatile and broad. With the functionality to pull from hundreds of sources such as social platforms, blogs, RSS feeds, reviews, and more, Nuvi has equipped their NLP to follow user-provided lists of RSS feeds. One of their greatest additions for greater analytical breadth is emotion analytics that was released in July.

With the foundation of their NLP, Nuvi has improved their various Social CX solutions for data gathering and analytics of published content, social customer engagements, and reviews. Besides the NLP, the service that has seen the most growth is its customer service solution, Nuvi Engage.
