About Dr. Samantha Ristimaki – Bronte Wellness Boutique

Growing up, Dr. Samantha Ristimaki always knew that her calling was to become a doctor. But, she chose Naturopath after her encounter with a Naturopathic Doctor. “She inspired me. It led me down the path of studying nutrition and nutraceuticals. I chose to become an ND to empower patients to take charge of their own health,” said Dr. Ristimaki.

Dr. Ristimaki’s practice spans over 17 years. She started practicing at a time when people didn’t have that much awareness about the kind of health support a Naturopathic doctor could give them. “The first ten years were not easy. I worked on really connecting with patients over the years and applied an individualized holistic approach to creating simple plans to solve very complicated problems. My goal is to teach my patients how to live balanced, healthy lives,” said Dr. Ristimaki.

Her dream to build Bronte wellness Boutique came from her experience of working with other women in healthcare in other clinical settings that didn’t have the right atmosphere. Dr. Ristimaki stated, “My vision was to create a clinical team of highly skilled professionals who all work together in an environment in which they feel cared for, supported both in practice and personal growth. My goal was to have everyone look forward to coming into work every single day.”
