OnScreen Announces Formation of Board of Directors

OnScreen, a digital adoption solution for enterprise applications, today announced the formation of a Board of Directors and a Board Advisor designation. The appointments follow the recent closing of a seed funding round.

The board and advisor members will provide perspective and guidance on the ongoing strategic direction of OnScreen. They will also play an important role in helping the company as it works with customers to expand the product offering to support all Enterprise Applications..

Each member is highly distinguished and brings extensive and proven executive management and technology expertise to help OnScreen bolster key areas of the company’s business. The inaugural appointments joining OnScreen co-founders Marc Rouhana and David Sherrell include the following individuals:

• Vikram Chalana an engineer, entrepreneur, and a start-up advisor. He was the co-founder of Winshuttle, an enterprise software company focused on SAP data management, a company he helped grow to 300 employees globally. Vikram holds a Bachelors in Electrical Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology and PhD in Engineering from University of Washington, Seattle.

• Matthew Clemente Executive VP at Lemongrass Consulting and former VP of Product Development at Virtustream. A passionate Entrepreneur and Cloud services Industry leader, with more than 20+ years of Enterprise technical experience. Matt has specialized in global application management & delivery services, virtualization optimization, innovation, automation, and most importantly Matt has built his proven success record on a solid foundation of continued customer satisfaction.

• Jeffrey Gordon  a former options and derivatives trader who has parlayed his success on Wall Street to invest in a variety of startups and other businesses. Jeff holds a Bachelors from the Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania and will utilize his detailed Finance knowledge as advisor to the OnScreen Chief Financial Officer.

• Vincent Lubsey (Board Advisor)  co-founder and previous senior vice president of research and development at Virtustream. Prior to that Vince was a senior manager in the EA and SAP consulting practices at Capgemini and Adjoined Consulting. Vince also spent time at SAP in Walldorf, Germany, where he worked on the development of solutions for the Consumer Products Industry Solutions Business Unit. Vince holds an executive MBA from MIT.
